1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We keep our shipping simple with a Flat Rate fee:

  • All Orders: $16.65 USD

3. Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery time is the sum of our handling time and the transit time.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Handling Time: 2 – 3 business days, processed Monday through Friday.

  • Transit Time: 5 – 8 business days, delivered Monday through Friday.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 11 business days.

4. Shipping Method & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress via the carrier's website.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@mytwowayradio.com. Once an order has entered the "Handling" phase or has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

7. Items Damaged in Transit

If you receive a package that was damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the package has already been delivered, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours.
