Return Policy
At mytwowayradio.com, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defective products. Please read the full details below.

Defective Items – Eligibility for Return
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Note: Products such as programming cables, software licenses, and internal electronic components may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us using our Contact Us page or by emailing support@mytwowayradio.com.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
All defective product returns must be authorized with an RMA number before being sent back.

Contact us via our Contact Page to request an RMA number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email with the approval or denial of your return.

If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed. For refunds, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account and contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
